I’ve known the historical novelist Adam Williams for several years now and have been lucky enough to have him sign his novels for me when he’s been visiting Italy.
He’s just launched his own personal Website – Adam-Williams.net which is definitely worth a look – his family background in China makes for fascinating reading.

Gregory David Roberts was spotted in Rome last week signing copies of the Italian translated edition of his world wide bestseller Shantaram. After signing books at the Ara Pacis he then headed over to the bookshop at the Auditorium where the Rome Film Festival is currently being held, where he signed books and chatted to fans and readers.
As the announcement was made this week for Doris Lessing’s Nobel Prize in Literature win, a campaign is under way to nominate another world famous British writer…J K Rowling!

Former US President, and 2002 Nobel Peace Prize Winner Jimmy Carter has been touring the US recently, signing copies of his new book – Beyond the White House: Waging Peace, Fighting Disease, Building Hope.
